This is not a traditional sim racing experience setup. We use the most enthusiast grade racing simulation components and motion technology in the market, designed to deliver an intense, immersive, and highly realistic driving experience. 

Because of the level of equipment involved, this simulator requires focus, care, and respect while in use. Before your session begins, Racinghaus staff will walk you through how to safely enter, exit, and operate the simulator.

Important Safety & Use Notice

To protect both our guests and our equipment, all Pinnacle users must meet the minimum requirements below and follow staff instructions at all times.

The Racinghaus Pinnacle is built with premium components, and individual parts can be very expensive to repair or replace. Guests are expected to treat the simulator with care and avoid any misuse, tampering, reckless operation, or unnecessary force.

Misuse, tampering, ignoring staff instructions, or negligent operation that results in damage may result in repair or replacement responsibility.

Minimum Requirements

To use the Racinghaus Pinnacle, guests must meet the following requirements:

• Users must be at least 12 years old. No exceptions.
• Users must be 6'5" or shorter. No exceptions.
• Users must weigh 300 lbs or less. No exceptions.
• Users must be able to enter the cockpit safely without physical assistance.
• Users must be able to exit the cockpit safely without physical assistance.
• Users must be able to follow staff instructions and operate the simulator responsibly.
• Users must not adjust, pull, force, unplug, tamper with, or modify any simulator components without Racinghaus staff approval.
• Users must notify staff immediately if they feel dizzy, nauseous, uncomfortable, unsafe, or unable to continue.

Motion Simulator Notice

The Racinghaus Pinnacle may include motion feedback designed to enhance the realism of the driving experience. Some guests may experience dizziness, nausea, motion sickness, or discomfort.

By booking, you acknowledge that motion sickness or discomfort may occur. If you are unable to complete your session due to motion sickness, dizziness, discomfort, or your own inability to continue, the session is not eligible for a refund, store credit, or price adjustment.

Equipment Care

The Racinghaus Pinnacle should be treated as a professional-grade simulator experience, not a toy or arcade machine.

Please do not force the wheel, pedals, shifters, buttons, seat, cockpit, motion platform, monitors, cables, or any connected equipment. Racinghaus staff will assist with any adjustments needed before or during your session.

Racinghaus reserves the right to pause or end a session if a guest is using the simulator in a way that appears unsafe, reckless, negligent, or potentially damaging to the equipment.

Booking Acknowledgement

By booking the Racinghaus Pinnacle, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understand this Safety & Use Notice.
• You meet the minimum requirements listed above.
• You understand this is a professional-grade simulator that requires care and responsibility.
• You agree to follow all Racinghaus staff instructions.
• You understand that failure to meet the minimum requirements does not qualify for a refund, store credit, or price adjustment.
• You understand that motion sickness, dizziness, discomfort, or inability to complete the session does not qualify for a refund, store credit, or price adjustment.
• You understand that negligent use, misuse, tampering, or damage caused by your actions may result in repair or replacement responsibility.
